Oleanders line the fence between the Mobile Home Park and the Railroad tracks.

Fire was in Oleanders along the UP/SP right of way, at fence line of Mobile Home Park.
Quite a bit of rubbish debri mixed in (old furniture & mattresses).
Potential Mobile Home threat at dispatch time.
